Apple Cinnamon Muffins


It's time to bake! Autumn is the best time to start baking! Here's a recipe I've tried out recently and they came out pretty good!

Prep Time; 15 minutes
Cook Time; 20 minutes
Servings; 20 muffins (small tin)
Calories; 138 cal

Get this;
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk I put more milk in as needed
2 medium apples (peeled, cored, & chopped)

Do this;
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Mix together all your dry ingredients.
3. Add egg, oil, and milk. Mix until combined, adding more milk as needed.
4. Peel and chop apples. Add to mixture.
5. Grease muffin tins or line with cupcake liners.
6. Pour mixture into tin.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
