Mental Health Day | BLOGTOBER 🍂☕🎃

Hello Lovelies!



So I know I'm a day late here, but yesterday was mental health awareness day. Caps? Idk. I know a lot of people struggle with depression and anxiety. I feel like it's very common in this day and age. The world is hurting and everything is instant. Almost everything we could ever want or need is at our fingertips. And sometimes that's not a good thing.

I don't want to downplay it because depression is a disease. Anxiety is a disease by itself and with depression. The two go hand in hand. Someone you know, at least one person, is struggling with one or both. I'm no professional, but I think it's good to try and remember that what you're feeling right now is temporary. You'll get to where you're trying to go. Things will work out. You ARE worth it. What's meant for you won't just pass you by. Next year, everything could be so much different. So much better.

Other people's journey's don't matter. It's you that matters. Focus on yourself, change your environment, and please remember that small achievements are huge milestones.

Use the checklist I found to keep track of yourself. And if that's too much, just getting up for the day is a win!
